Champagne and Anger
You know that feeling, in the back of the brain?
Resembling vintage pressure in a bottle of champagne,
Carbonated bubbles that are ready to fly,
Like the twitching nerves behind the eyes,
One more question or problem to decode,
Would result in the bubbly leaving its abode,
An explosion of vapour from out of the stem,
An emotional outburst revolving a thousand rpm,
Blood filled vessels pulsate through grey mass,
As the cream flow of cava spins round crystal glass,
One sip of nectar across an enthusiastic tongue,
Brings the same finale as a temper just flung,
Light headed and dizzy lost in a haze,
Remorse and regret for a number of days.

Day by day.
Yesterday was dreadful I was trapped within a box,
With shadows pulling at my wits telling me I’m lost,
The air was thick with misery devouring all that’s bright,
But in the blackness of my cell I knew I’d see the light.
Today is a better day my mind is all for me,
Darkness has departed and has let the light go free,
My soul no longer heavy, my thoughts no longer black,
Bar that constant sense that soon they’ll all be back.
Tomorrow is a mystery an empty space in time,
Where demons could be lurking to feed upon my prime,
Or white spirits may be gathering to guide me to the light,
Not know do I what’s waiting? be it dull or be it bright.
I am a prisoner in my mindset I have no self control,
Some days I could be free and others in that hole,
I seek the key for freedom that will open up a door,
To a mental state of happiness where darkness is no more.

This is a poem inspired by the TV series "The Big Bang Theory" Hope you enjoy it :-)
BIG BANG THEORYPlanets shadow planets across a vast black universe,
Undiscovered mystery's disguised by sparkling silver bursts,
One million endless miles are a scratch upon its mass,
An embodiment of microorganisms, particles, and gas,
What know do simple humans of the obscurity of space?
But for the astronomers and scientists and the knowledge they embrace,
Yet how the hearts of scientists when with love their cause replaced?
Hearts shadow hearts across a vast great universe,
Undiscovered mystery's disguised by common curse,
One million endless soul mates are a scratch upon the mass,
An embodiment of individuals, male and female of every class,
What know do hungry scientists of the obscurity of passion?
But for the simple humans and their knowledge of changing fashions,
So how the hearts of scientists when faced with raw compassion?
Simple folk and scientists come from different worlds,
In a collision of their lunar what stars would be unfurled?
Can an intellectual mind find space within their heart,
Break free from scientific walls from their cell can they depart?
Together they are humans placed upon this earth,
Both with same emotions instilled in them from birth,
Yet both took different paths in life both have separate worth.
With planets, love and lunar's, together in one place,
Can romance evolve in confused hearts when lost in time and space?
Are stars the souls of scientists reduced to just a glimmer,
To fill the hearts of simple folk until their light grows dimmer?
When paths are crossed can love be found and shared with earthly obsession,
Can simple folk look past the geek and ignore their first impression,
Take a step to change the fear of nerd and love progression.
